ADMINS:
any rules that you want added or removed can be posted in this thread. and admins are allowed to add any, or correct the spelling/grammar of any; but are not allowed to delete any, without asking permission.

- This is a sonic-based forum. Doing anything explicitly anti-sonic (or against this forum), will result in a punishment, depending on the severity of the offense.
- do not complain about threads being locked. this could result in further punishment.
- Do not (repeat, DO NOT) use ANYONE ELSE's artwork in ANY WAY, without their permission. if questioned by an admin about this, you MUST show them proof that they let you, or risk having it taken down, and you being given a warning.
- Be nice, for the love of god, be nice.
- When you can't be nice, at least have a good explanation why.
- Anything violating the laws of your country, or deemed offensive or hate harassment, will result in a ban. No exceptions.
- All threads must have at least 16 characters in the original post, no single-word posts please.
- Please do not txt-talk. Although we will not enforce this rule, or punish you if you do this, it's still an inconvenience for others.
- the only exception to grammar-oriented rules lie within the random board.
- no spam. just no.
- those who spread any form of virus, trojan, worm, malware, scareware, or anything deemed harmful to one's computer will be banned until further notice.
- here, we ask for a certain level of creativity in someone's Fan Character. we will not accept any character that looks just like an official character colored over; unless you are drawing an official character, or you are asking for help on developing a character.
- respect other people's creations. We don't want anyone purposely making fun of someone else
- And, contrary to what was just said, we do want you to speak your mind. who cares if it's full of swears? If that's how you really feel, so be it.
ADMINS:
- Admins, do not treat anyone unfairly, no matter what. We don't judge anyone, by anything. those who do will get a warning. repetition of the act, followed by refusal to stop, will result in a temporary ban.
- don't go around acting like you own the forum (unless, of course, it is really necessary)
- before locking a thread, you must wait until the person has given a decent reply to your statement that you are going to lock it before you do so. This is merely to be polite, because when I joined my first forum, people kept locking my threads without me offering an explanation.
- if you find it necessary to do administrative things, such as make your own skin, you may do so. Just don't go making new boards or deleting unnecessary ones without either A.) Other admin's consent, as well as mine, or B.) making a poll in which at least 60% vote to agree.
- don't go changing around anyone else's skins unless given permission.
- Andy: if you feel like making any necessary changes to the coding of the site, or you want to add something, feel free to do so, unless others object to it afterwards.
- if the board is dying, feel free to add any CONTESTS that you may wish to, or ADVERTISE your own dA (or any other sites) if you want. You may also do something spontaneous to get the blood flowing if you wish.
